Hibiscus Hesthøj was a well-sized colt born in 2023. He had an excellent expression, a well-set, well-shaped, and well-placed neck. His topline was slightly compact. His movement was rhythmic, but more suppleness was wanted. He was calm and very talkative.

Unfortunately, he developed a problem with one of his front legs, we had hoped he could have become a pleasure horse. But we could see in the summer of 2025 that it was affecting his quality of life, so we chose to give him peace.

He was by the silver medalist at the world championships for young dressage horses Vitalos with Florencio as damsire. The dam is the elitemare Flora Danica ERDH, who also produced the mare Hortensia, competing at the S-dressage level with a Finnish young rider. Hortensia is the dam of Filligran (by Fürstenball), who won the Youngster Cup in 2021 and debuted in Intermediare at the CDI event during the DV stallion grading in 2022, where he placed.

The same dam line includes several Grand Prix horses.
